We are looking for an Operations Associate who can support the team in completing daily administrative tasks related to the accounts, customer relationships, and sales.
To prepare a task record of technicians, keep track of their activities and performance as per the guidance of management
track and handle customers feedback to ensure communications and help to resolve their queries and concerns
quick thinking to resolve customer queries and identify solutions to meet their needs
Support Operations to help keep a record or daily transaction, prepare reports as per the instructions of finance consultant and coordinate with customers to collect payments
Educational Qualifications -
Fresher are encouraged to apply.
Minimum knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Google Drive is expected.
